Clear Creek Community Services District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
1. On-Line Payment
Our customers now have the option for on-line payment and your account inquiry information. To process an on-line payment, click here to be redirected to the on-line bill pay section. This also allows our customers to view their usage history and view their current bill. You will need to know your book and account number. The third field requires a pin number. If you have a phone number listed with the District, you have been assigned the last four digits of your phone number as your pin number. If you do NOT have a phone number listed our system generates a random six digit pin number. In this case you must call the office for that pin number.
You have the option of receiving your bill electronically (via email), mail or both. Whether it be electronic, paper or both, the choice is yours. Just call the office and let us know. We will make the necessary changes to reflect your needs.
THE ON-LINE TRANSACTION FEE FOR USING THE PAYMENT OPTION IS $3.95 PER TRANSACTION.
2. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
3. Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 5th of every month unless the 5th lands on the weekend, in which case it will be taken out the following Monday. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located under the Customer Service/New Service Request menus or the Forms & Reports Section/All Forms & Reports menu. when completed send the form to our office, along with a voided check.
4. Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 5880 Oak Street, Happy Valley We accept cash, check, or money orders. A 3% bank fee is charged to all credit/debit card payments.
5. Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
