Bill Payment

Clear Creek Community Services District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

1. On-Line Payment

Our customers now have the option for on-line payment and your account inquiry information. To process an on-line payment, click here to be redirected to the on-line bill pay section. This also allows our customers to view their usage history and view their current bill. 

You have the option of receiving your bill electronically (via email). Whether it be electronic, paper or both, the choice is yours. 

2. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

3. Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)

Free and simple. The easiest way to pay your bill on time every month and with no fees. Your ACH Bank Draft will be processed on or about the 5th of each month. If you have any problems signing up on the portal please come by the office and we can sign you up. If signing up after the 5th, the current bill will need to be processed/paid to stay current for the next draft on the 5th.

4. Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 5880 Oak Street, Happy Valley (Anderson, CA 96007). We accept cash, check, or money orders. 

5. E-Checks and Credit or Debit Card

All digital payment transactions including Credit/Debit Card, Recurring Credit/Debit Card, and E-Checks incur a service fee that is the greater of $1.95 or 2.5% per transaction. All auto payments with Credit/Debit cards will be processed the 5th of the month.

6. Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

7. Pay By Phone:    Just have your Customer Number handy (located on your billiing statement) and use our automated system to pay by credit card over the phone. Call 888-610-5978.
