To establish water service, please contact our office by phone at (530) 357-2121, or you may download and complete the Service Application and Agreement available on our website.
New Property Owners:
Please provide Final Buyer’s Closing Statement (not the estimated version)
Renters:
Please provide a copy of your rental agreement signed by both you and the property owner/landlord.
All required documentation and applicable fees must be submitted and paid before water service can be established.
