California Drought Continues
May 13, 2021
In late May the United States Bureau of Reclamation announced more water supply cutbacks. The CCCSD has been allocated 0% of supply for agriculture based on 2019 (last whole water year) and 25% of supply for domestic use. Total allocation: 425 acre feet for the year.
Normal (average) use is approximately 5,200 acre feet a year. The weather is warming up along with increased flows into the District. PLEASE conserve your water. It's going to be a tough year but together we can all make a difference. Conserve this valuable resource!
