Water Line Repair - Newcastle Drive 12/30/25

Clear Creek CSD regrets to inform you that due to a water leak being detected, water service will be shut off in select areas starting Tuesday, December 30th at 8:00 am. Crews will be working diligently to complete the necessary repairs. The leak is located on Newcastle Drive, street that may be affected are;

Dover Drive - Shawn Drive - Andrea Way - Warwick Place - Benji Lane - Triple S Drive - Cimmeron Trail - Pepperwood Lane - New Riders Way - Snowpeak Drive - Lockwell Lane - Galloping Lane - Conquest Way - Karin Lane - Treat Ave - Flowers lane - Sections of Happy Valley Road (between Maryann Lane north to Flowers Lane).

At this time, our estimated timeline for the restoration of service is 4:00 pm Tuesday.
